Before the Sale
Our online quote is an estimate based on the details you provide (model, age, and condition). The final value is determined by our technical team at the center, who evaluate the internal hardware health, screen quality, battery life, and physical wear. If the device matches your description, we honor the quoted price!
Once you schedule a request, our logistics partner typically completes the pickup within 3-7 days. You will receive E-mail & Whatsapp message with the details.
To ensure your device reaches us safely:
- Wrap the device in at least two layers of bubble wrap.
- Place it in a sturdy cardboard box (original box is preferred but not mandatory).
- Fill any gaps with crumpled paper or foam to prevent movement.
- Securely tape the box.
- Before sealing the box, record a continuous video showing the device's condition (on all sides) and the packing process until the box is taped shut. This serves as your proof of condition for any disputes.
After the Pickup
Because we prioritize quality, we perform a detailed technical audit once the item reaches our Verification Center. Once the check is successful, your payment is processed within 1-3 days.
We offer two secure digital payment options for your convenience:

Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT): Direct transfer to your provided bank account.
